Would you like to live life at your fullest potential, but don't know quite where to begin? It's time to renew hope and discover possibilities in life to lead to lasting confidence and joy!
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my role is to guide you as you take steps towards positive life changes, healing, and a healthy mind. Together we'll look at the bigger picture to uncover and better understand the life challenges and day-to-day stressors that block your focus and potential. We would then begin identifying and practicing things that will make you stronger.
Maybe it's self-doubt, a relationship problem, or hurt from something that happened long ago. Maybe it's numbness or feeling stuck, or maybe you are going through a major life change and need support while you weather the storm. I am here to listen and understand what you are going through, to guide you to overcome what is holding you back and create new positive possibilities.
I take many health insurance plans. Your health insurance is verified ahead of time to let you know how much each visit will be…no surprise bills or hidden costs.
